Fred B. Pitcher

Fred B. Pitcher, Republican who represents the Thirty-seventh Senatorial District (Jefferson and Oswego counties) , was born in Adams Jefferson county, N.Y., in 1867, and was educated in the public schools of that village, the Adams Collegiate Institute, and Cornell University from which he graduated in 1888.

Since 1890, he has been engaged in the practice of law at the city of Watertown, and is now a member of the law firm of the Pitcher & O'Brien.

He was the city Attorney of Watertown from 1898 to 1901, and District Attorney of Jefferson County from 1904 to 1910.
